Shipping policy

Delivery charges will vary depending on your location, the product you have ordered and the access into your premises. Modanest will endeavour to provide an accurate quote based on the above information, but can not guarantee additional delivery charges will not occur if difficult access has not been disclosed prior to delivery. Difficult access includes, narrow entrances, tight stairwells, tight corners, steep driveways and steep steps.

Shipping is charged as a seperate invoice and is clearly stated at checkout. Furniture freight not included (fee will be invoiced separately). Please note that shipping is not free unless you organise pick up directly with our team.

Once item is complete and balance has been paid we will be in contact to arrange delivery. The delivery/ freight fee covers a single delivery at ground level during normal weekday delivery hours.

Delivery cost will vary depending on the item/s ordered, item quantity and delivery location. If you are unable to accept delivery within 14 days from our first communication with you on completion of your order, the remaining balance must be paid and a storage fee may be charged if collection of goods are not made.

Production & Dispatch times will vary depending on the item ordered and quantity specified. Our team will notify you of the lead time upon placement of your order.
